Details on the 2015 Toyota Prius have been revealed by execs at the company.
This will be the 4th generation Prius and it will boast large improvements in critical areas over the previous model. It will have a more efficient gas engine and it will come with lighter and more powerful lithium batteries. Because of these upgrades the 2015 Toyota Prius is said to be more efficient than the previous model which will equal out to even better gas mileage.
Toyota’s New Global Architecture will be seen on the inside and outside of this car. The Prius will feature an improved center of gravity to improve handling. Execs at Toyota expect an increase in fuel economy by about 10% which would increase fuel efficiency to 52 mpg/city and 58 mpg highway.
